The May award of SOUP SOUP in Pribeník in the last period presents itself to wide public of Medzibodrožie look like the organiser of the "May award of SOUP" – Equestrian event in horse jumping. According to statements of prominent representatives from SJF (Slovak equestrian federation) the 7th. year of the May award belonged from the aspect of figure registrations riders and horses to the most successful. The Equestrian event was initiated on 31st. May 2004 on Sunday about 12.00 hour with jumping in the competition "Z" to 100 centimetres. Jumping was graduated by 23 riders. Very good ride in the competition presented Martin Bulík Sr. with his horse Tajwan from the Riding club Bulík Michalovce. On the second place set Iváncsik István (JK VŠ Nyiregyháza, MR) (Riding club of the University from Nyiregyháza Hungary Republic), and on the third place finished the representative Veronika Homoľová with her horse Pado. The afternoon programme was continued with the competition to 110 centimetres for the Award of mayor commune Pribeník, in which were 38 competitors. The best performance was reached by Técsy Attila from Nyiregyháza by with his horse Admiral, the second place belonged to Vasia Ivanov with his horse Alexandra (JS Becher Stropkov), (Riding club Becher Stropkov), the third place of winners occupied the representative from JK (Riding Club) Encar Košice Daniela Bucsková with her horse Great Walle. After the half and hour break, which was varied with the excellent appearance of Hungarian horsemen called čikóš from Hortobágy, continued the jumping competition with the barriers to 120 centimetres. To the competition for the "Award of headmaster of SOUP Pribeník" (the organiser of Equestrian event) booked 20 competitors. |

The best ride was presented by Daniela Bucsková with her horse Great Walle (JK Encar Košice) the lowest places were occupied by Vasia Ivanov and Vasilij Ivanov with his horse Bon Ami (CJC (Riding club) Prešov). The climax of Equestrian event was the competition for the "Award of Head of Košice self-governing region", in which were presented 14 jumping representative. In extraordinary form introduced yourself Lýdia Pavlovičová (JK (Riding club) Pavlovičová Prešov) and her horses Laura and Jaguar. The victorious cup she took from the hands of school divisional manager of KSK (Košice self-governing region) Ing. Ladislav Leczo. The nice second place was occupied by the rival horse-driver from JK Encar Košice Anton Bucso with his horse Monika. The process and level of Equestrian event was watched by the qualitative team of referees’ staff at the head of vice-president SJF (Slovak equestrian federation) Ing. Igor Fekár, also the member of Olympic committee and of Dr. Štefan Karahut. Every year also increase social meaning of this Equestrian event, what is confirmed with the presence of many invited guests from social life. |

This Equestrian event was honoured by the presence of Member of Slovak Parliament Doc. Albert Šándor CsC., the both consuls of consulate general of Hungary republic with the residence in Košice, the school department by Ing. Ladislav Leco and Ing. Mária Kokardová. Every year also increase the interest of people from nearby and distant surroundings and this Equestrian event has an increasing trend. |
