    In the 1970´s years had been finishing the building-up of the school area, which was extending about garages and workshops for manual metal cultivation.
    Besides it we obtained a single big hangar, where are previously warehoused the scholastic farm machinery.

BRIEF SURVEY HISTORY of SOUP - Pribeník

    The tradition of agricultural school in Pribeník begins in 1962, when here removed the Agricultural technical school of cultivation specialization from Trebišov to the building of the former manor-house in Pribenik. The teaching began, on 2nd September 1962 by the theoretical and practical teaching in triennial educational specialization “Farmer – mechanic” in four classrooms with 71 students.
    The school year 1964/65 recorded a period with the development of the school, especially from the sight of the material-technical equipment, when school obtains the motor-bus, the personal motor-car, the grain combine-harvester, the little-size tractors, the edge tractors as well as caterpillar tractor. These are actively used of in the frame of the practical teaching, which in those times had been performing on the farmer yard of former ŠM (Government-issue farm) in Kráľovský Chlmec and in Pribeník. The much good conditions for applied teaching offered also the former JRD Soľnička (Incorporate agricultural association) and JRD Malý Horeš (Incorporate agricultural association), which belonged between the best prosperous businesses of those times.
    In the school year 1966/67 the school is registered to the list of Schools of Motoring and in the frame of subsidiary economic activity was opening the course of driver for personal and cargo vehicles.
    In the school year 1968/69 began the teaching in the new triennial educational specialization: “Grower – mechanic” oriented on the large-area watering and the triennial educational specialization “Tractor driver - repairman” oriented on repairing activities.

   

The new era at the development of the school began in 1981, when was changed the lonely designation POU (Agricultural specialistic school) on SOUP (Secondary specialistic agricultural school), which originates with the linkage of POU (Agricultural specialistic school) Leles and POU (Agricultural specialistic school) Pribeník. So the school was placed on the level of secondary schools and at first-times at its history was introduced to the educational process the educational specialization terminated with the graduation test “Operator of agricultural techniques oriented on vegetal production. The new triennial educational specializations, which are introduced to educational process, are: “Mechanic, Breeder, Tractor driver – repairman” and the biennial educational specialization “Agricultural production”. The connection with POU Leles the school becomes the bilingual with languages: Slovak and Hungary.
    In the school year 1990/91 was began the training in the new educational specialization terminated with the graduation test “Operator of agricultural techniques oriented on animal and vegetal production”.
    After the transformation of agricultural businesses in 1991 faded our scholastic contractual place of work near ŠM (Government-issue farm) Kráľovský Chlmec. From the presented reason SOUP rented from Municipal office Pribeník the former "greenhouse farm", from what SOUP created the scholastic farm, where is realized the special training of students in the area of vegetal and animal production
